Configure Two-Factor Authentication with Google Authenticator

CompuIntegration Remote Support (CIRS)

This page is for users who would like to set up two-factor authentication with CIRS using Google Authenticator. With this method, a host can log into Remote Support and then open the Google Authenticator app to retrieve the one-time password. After entering the one-time password, the host will fully log in.

MyConnect Direct Access (MYDA)

This page is for users who would like to set up two-factor authentication with MYDA by CompuIntegration using Google Authenticator. With this method, a host can log into MyConnect and then open the Google Authenticator app to retrieve the one-time password. After entering the one-time password, the host will fully log in.
